Separate core codebase into its own module

Browse Source 
- Separate UI specific code and resources outside of the core
  application logic
- Allow most of the code to move forward and use KSP for annotation
  processing and isolate rotton code that is stuck with databinding
- Make full UI rewrite more feasible
