Make help for --verbose less confusing

The output is now
```
-v, --verbose                    be verbose (specify multiple times or a level using --verbose=n, max level/times is 2)
```
instead of
```
-v, --verbose n                  be verbose (specify multiple times or a level using --verbose=n, max level/times is 2)
```
