dae655fd01 Fix conversation snippet for contact shares. 
Previously, contact shares would be displayed as "Media Message". Now
it'll show the same as it does in a notification, namely
"{contact-emoji} {contact-name}".

71a34dac5f Fix backup/import issue with expiring messages. 
There was an issue where we were backing up group receipts and attachments
that were for expiring messages (which are already excluded from the backup).

This commit excludes these items from the backup, and for backups made
before this change, this commit also deletes these invalid entries at
the end of the restore process.

We also do a little database migration to cleanup any bad state that may
have been imported in the past.

375207f073 Switch MMS groups to use the group database infrastructure 
Eliminate the concept of 'Recipients' (plural). There is now just
a 'Recipient', which contains an Address that is either an individual
or a group ID.

MMS groups now exist as part of the group database, just like push
groups.

737810475e Remove the Canonical Address Database 
This was a holdover from Signal's origins as a pure SMS app.
It causes problems, depends on undefined device specific behavior,
and should no longer be necessary now that we have all the
information we need to E164 all numbers.

fe5fc411a7 Save drafts for recipients without an existing thread 
- Save drafts without thread in draft database
- Clear drafts when deleting conversation(s), otherwise
  the drafts stay in the database and will reappear when a thread
  with the same threadId is created

d902c12941 Break core ratchet out into libaxolotol. 
1) Break the core cryptography functions out into libaxolotol.

2) The objective for this code is a Java library that isn't
   dependent on any Android functions.  However, while the
   code has been separated from any Android functionality,
   it is still an 'android library project' because of the
   JNI.
