all: adapt to opaque netaddr types

This commit is a mishmash of automated edits using gofmt:

gofmt -r 'netaddr.IPPort{IP: a, Port: b} -> netaddr.IPPortFrom(a, b)' -w .

And regexps:

And lots of manual fixups.
