From 3a7402aa2d02f1d65db395e346f9d081699fb8bd Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Josh Bleecher Snyder Date: Mon, 23 Nov 2020 18:35:49 -0800 Subject: [PATCH] logtail: help the server be more efficient Add content length hints to headers. The server can use these hints to more efficiently select buffers. Stop attempting to compress tiny requests. The bandwidth savings are negligible (and sometimes negative!), and it makes extra work for the server.
