Brad Fitzpatrick 02e580c1d2 logtail: use http.NewRequestWithContext

Saves some allocs. Not hot, but because we can now.

And a const instead of a var.

Tailscale Logs Service

This github repository contains libraries, documentation, and examples for working with the public API of the tailscale logs service.
