Joe Tsai 9bf13fc3d1 util/deephash: remove getTypeInfo (#5469) ... Add a new lookupTypeHasher function that is just a cached front-end around the makeTypeHasher function. We do not need to worry about the recursive type cycle issue that made getTypeInfo more complicated since makeTypeHasher is not directly recursive.
