Andrew Dunham 38e4d303a2 net/tshttpproxy: don't proxy through ourselves ... When running a SOCKS or HTTP proxy, configure the tshttpproxy package to drop those addresses from any HTTP_PROXY or HTTPS_PROXY environment variables.
