chore: cleanup .releaserc.js (#10957)

# Which Problems Are Solved

For testing purposes, we modified the .reseaserc.js. The test relevant
changes are reverted.

# How the Problems Are Solved

- The test branch is removed from the branches array.
- The default releaseBodyTemplate value is used again.
