implemented.

Add 3 endpoints with SetContactEmail, VerifyContactEmail and
ResendContactEmailCode.
Add 3 endpoints with SetContactPhone, VerifyContactPhone and
ResendContactPhoneCode.
Refactor the logic how contact is managed in the user creation and
update.
