net/dns/resolver: remove closure allocation explanation
As of Go 1.18, the register ABI list includes arm64, amd64, ppc64, and ppc64le. This is a large enough percentage of the architectures that it's not worth explaining. Signed-off-by: Josh Bleecher Snyder <josh@tailscale.com>
