wgengine/magicsock: remove redundant/wrong sharedDiscoKey delete

Browse Source 
The pass just after in this method handles cleaning up sharedDiscoKey.
No need to do it wrong (assuming DiscoKey => 1 node) earlier.

Updates #3088
