tstest/integration/vms: test on Arch Linux (#2040)

Browse Source 
Arch is a bit of a weirder distro, however as a side effect it is much
more of a systemd purist experience. Adding it to our test suite will
make sure that we are working in the systemd happy path.

Updates #1988
