... rather than abusing the generic tsapp.

Per discussion in https://github.com/gokrazy/gokrazy/pull/275

It also means we can remove stuff we don't need, like ntp or randomd.

NATLab Linux test Appliance

This is the definition of the NATLab Linux test appliance image. It's similar to ../tsapp, but optimized for running in qemu in NATLab.

See ../tsapp/README.md for more info.
