deb96646a3 Add action indicator when resending a message. 
When message is being resent, "RESEND" button now disappears.
"Resending..." text is displayed instead of an error message.

76ac95756f Fix last seen divider crash on Android <5.0 
Apparently, it's not possible to reference an attribute in an xml
drawable on API <21, so we have to use separate light and dark theme
drawables instead.

aa9d8e4d14 Add scroll to bottom button in conversation view 
Added a FloatingActionButton to the conversation_fragment
that appears and disappears using the same logic as the
existing compose divider: appear when the conversation list
is scrolled away from the bottom, disappear when the list is
scrolled to the bottom.

This adds android auto support accordign to
https://developer.android.com/training/auto/messaging/index.html#messaging
However, since android auto is not officially supported in my country,
the functionality is limited. Which means that I have not been able
to fully test everything yet.

What work is:
* Message notification is shown.
* When you click on it, the message is read.

8fd0ea39aa Simplify excessively convoluted camera logic 
1) QuickCamera logic moved into CameraView

2) The strategies for texture vs. surface view were too complex
   with no observed gain. Better to remove and have to re-add
   if necessary than assume it to be necessary.

3) Drop CWAC-Camera dependency - the device profiles weren't being
   used very much and even that is deprecated so we'd be left on
   our own with new hardware. Not worth it.

4) Selfies first.

5) Layout/orientation mathy logic from CWAC moved into CameraUtils,
   with the  hopes that most of it might be further simplified or
   rendered unnecessary in the future.

3035dc4df9 Experience upgrade splash screen. 
Behaves similarly to the DatabaseUpgradeActivity. You have a
static list of ExperienceUpgrade models that include a "trigger"
version, where when a user upgrades through it a notification
will appear, and there will be a splash explanation screen.

Right now the splash screens are basic and not too configurable,
but that can be reworked as upgrades demand.

bf133c65c3 refactor emoji code into package 
1) EmojiTextView and EmojiEditText are used instead of
   using code to emojify text.

2) Emoji categories' code points are specified in XML

3) EmojiDrawer itself is a fragment, and its pages are
   also fragments, allowing for better memory
   management.

If the contact doesn't have an image, render a color-coded
background and the first letter of the contact's name.

1) Don't display anything during recipient resolution.

2) Display a # icon in material gray for recipients with no name.

c719a48a2c Move media attachment long-click event to context menu. 
Long-click on a media attachment will now bring up the normal
context menu for a ConversationItem long-click, but with the
addition of a "save attachment" option.

This allows users to long-click on messages with media in them
and still see the other contextual menu options.

1) Updating a group without changing the avatar will keep that
   avatar

2) Prohibit adding non-push users to an existing push group

3) Add Android contacts to the same database. Takes a small amount
   more time and memory, but allows queries to not be a hack, and
   enables us to dedupe numbers in JB and higher devices.

81ee9e31c5 Update behavior for incoming SMS path. 
1) On KitKat, unencrypted SMS messages are never stored in
   TextSecure unless it is set as the system-wide default.

2) On KitKat, if TextSecure is set as the system-wide default,
   provide an option to change the default to a different app.

3) Don't store the TextSecure challenge on KitKat+ devices.

c8ef21774d Use black theme without actionbar for RoutingActivity 
The theme from the manifest is used for the startup animation.
Previously light background with a dark actionbar and the
green icon was displayed during the startup animation, then
the theme switched to whatever is configured in settings.
Now a black background without actionbar is used for the
startup animation. This was chosen because a black "flash" when
using the light theme is visually less distracting than a white
flash when using the dark theme.

0dd36c64a4 Basic support for encrypted push-based attachments. 
1) Move the attachment structures into the encrypted message body.

2) Encrypt attachments with symmetric keys transmitted in the
   encryptd attachment pointer structure.

3) Correctly handle asynchronous decryption and categorization of
   encrypted push messages.

TODO: Correct notification process and network/interruption
      retries.

This generates a large number of key exchange messages and
registers them with the server during signup.

eb1b762a76 Improve password caching notification UI & UX 
On Jelly Bean and above:

- Use the standard notification style for a better and consistent visual
  appearance

- Use the JB notification actions API for the locking action

- Use a lower notification priority to prioritize other notifications
  over TextSecure

On ICS:

- Use the existing custom notification layout

Everywhere:

- Allow opening the app itself from the notification

- Simplify strings: don't talk about a "cached passphrase" but about the
  app being "unlocked"/"locked"
